We had a great stay in a beautiful traditional house with a lovely garden and large courtyard. the owners were exceptionally kind and made us feel at home. the breakfast was delicious, with the owner even adapting the breakfast time to our schedule every day. Close to many delicious restaurants for dinner, the house also offers a common kitchen to make your own meals.
The road near the hotel can be a bit noisy early in the morning, but it didn't affect our overall pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely garden view. We enjoyed the convenience of the shared kitchen and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious, with traditional Tuscan options. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The area around the hotel is very green and quiet. The breakfast was a good representation of typical Tuscan cuisine. Parking was easy and close by.
The room was uncomfortably hot and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep. the noise from the nearby road woke us up early in the morning.

A cozy countryside stay with comfortable rooms and a welcoming host family. the breakfast was delicious, with traditional Tuscan cuisine served. the location was ideal, offering easy access to Pisa and the beach, within a 30-minute drive. Free and convenient parking also added to the positive experience.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be very uncomfortable during the hot summer months. the noise from the nearby road can affect sleep quality.
